The 2020 COVID crisis was the trigger to question and rethink existing agency processes. Through standardization and newly defined workflows, greater efficiency was to be created in order to be better prepared for new challenges.

Florian Strauss, together with founder Peter Martin, is responsible for the management of Martin et Karczinski GmbH.
The holistic consulting firm was founded in 2000 in Munich by Peter Martin and Daniel Karczinski. The owner-managed company operates from Munich and Zurich and supports clients with 100 experts across Consulting, Strategy, Design and Digital, including Occhio, Gaggenau, SRH, Miles & More and Lufthansa.

The Solution
In response to the requirements of Martin et Karczinski, a customized training concept was developed to define processes anew and align them with Troi.
Together with a core team consisting of Management, Client Services and Finance, the ideal workflow for daily business was designed.
The project workflow was aligned with the software processes to fully utilize system functionality.

By re-establishing Troi as the central control element and introducing standardization and automation, faster and more efficient work processes were enabled — and maximum transparency was created.
