To implement BBDO’s requirements within the Troi software, specific functionalities were analyzed in detail and integrated into the workflow based on the existing procedures and processes. The introduction of Troi was accompanied by a comprehensive workflow redesign. The goal was not only to implement a new system, but to evaluate and optimize all project-related processes.

Troi was configured to meet move:elevator’s requirements and integrated with JIRA via the open API, linking both systems seamlessly. After implementation, tailored training sessions were conducted, differentiated for administration, consulting, and project teams. Standards were defined together and rolled out consistently across all process steps.
