Can we upgrade or downgrade licenses later?

Yes. Licenses can be adjusted at any time depending on team size and roles.

Is support included?

Yes. Helpdesk access is included in every license. Enterprise plans include additional personal support contacts.

Do we need internal IT resources for setup?

No. Troi handles system configuration. If security or SSO settings are needed, we coordinate with your admin.

Can Troi connect to our existing systems?

Yes. A wide range of integrations and import options are available.

Do you use additional tools and systems to map your daily project routine holistically? Troi features numerous interfaces that enable smooth collaboration.

We import your existing data to ensure a seamless transition to Troi. Simply provide your information in a clear Excel list. We handle the seamless integration of your client information, contacts, contact persons, accounting accounts, tax rates, and all relevant master data. Our service is designed to take over data from any system you can export from. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have specific requirements for the import.
