Can I use Troi from anywhere?
Yes. Troi is web-based and works in the browser on desktop and mobile with a stable internet connection.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Mobile time tracking, absence, and selected project functions are available on iOS and Android.

Is there a demo?
Yes. You can request a free demo account and explore Troi with sample data. Demo data is reset regularly.

Is an upgrade possible at any time?

Is there an SAP connection?

Where is Troi hosted?
In the EU (Austria) with an ISO/IEC 27001-certified partner. Operations run on 100% green energy.

Open the HelpDesk, describe your request as concretely as possible, and add screenshots if useful. One topic per ticket speeds up handling.

Is my data safe with Troi?
Yes. We follow strict security and privacy standards and are ISO/IEC 27001 certified.

What happens to my data after termination?
You receive an export of your data. Afterward, your environment is deleted according to our data protection policy.

What happens when a rental or leasing term ends?
For SaaS, the term renews unless canceled within the notice period. For leasing arrangements, the maintenance agreement with Troi continues unless canceled per terms.

When can I cancel my license contract?
According to the agreed notice periods in your contract. Details are provided in your terms and conditions.

Can I add more licenses later?
Yes. Additional licenses can be activated quickly after order confirmation.

How do I activate additional licenses?
