Entered once, counted everywhere

  1. Entered once, in Personio. Mia books her summer holiday for week 34 in Personio.
  2. Synced into troi. The absence arrives in troi, and the calendar shows who is away. Personio is part of the Intelligence plan.
  3. The month goes to accounting. At month-end the booking data, including the €1,200 retouching invoice for the Arnveld campaign, exports for DATEV. The DATEV export is part of the Intelligence plan.
  4. Nothing typed twice. The absence and the invoice were each entered once, in the system that owns them.

Each record comes from the system that owns it, lands on the right project and leaves again for accounting. It is entered once, and nothing is typed twice. On the way it reaches the project’s figures, then it leaves as an export for DATEV.
