Virtual teamwork with troi

POSSIBLE in Munich, today part of Wunderman Thompson, faced the challenge, when it joined the international agency network, of professionalizing work across locations and making it efficient.

It was particularly important to us that the virtual teams can plan and steer their projects across locations, and also secure their profitability with real-time reporting.

What did growth across locations demand?

With growth to more than 150 employees in Munich and the international network that came with it, a system was needed that allowed simple and fast communication and collaboration, and efficient processes that make further growth possible. Central steering therefore required intensive, detailed reporting, to analyze the profitability of the project business transparently across locations.

How did troi bring the locations together?

troi made it possible to establish a transparent, uniform process structure, which made employees' daily work easier, and the locations could be integrated simply and efficiently. From project management to controlling, a central topic at POSSIBLE, a process was created that allows a smooth workflow between locations and departments.

Detailed reporting across all locations gives an overview of the potential and realized revenue of each location at any time.

The steps of the process as icons on a line

Thanks to troi, we bring our locations even closer together virtually, for example the offices in Brazil and Argentina. By synchronizing processes, briefings are managed and structured well despite the time difference. troi ensures that POSSIBLE stays steerable in Germany, Argentina and Brazil. Because we know: our employees can only take responsibility when all information is accessible centrally.

What did POSSIBLE gain?

  • Consistent time tracking
  • Transparent workflows
  • 30% more efficiency

Consistent, transparent and clean time tracking, and the clean calculation within the projects that follows from it, increased efficiency by 30%. To keep it that way, a contact person from finance has introduced every new employee to troi since the introduction, so the right way of thinking about the company is taught from the first training on.

Every employee thus contributes to the company's success through professional and consistent use of the software.

Who is POSSIBLE?

Christoph Bauhofer is General Manager of POSSIBLE, formerly Conrad Caine, one of Germany's leading digital agencies.
